Mark Little left the Fermanagh senior football panel by mutual agreement.

According to liaison officer Gerard Treacy in today's Irish News, there was no fall-out between the 2004 All Star and manager Peter Canavan, with an open squad system in place and both agreeing to the departure:

"We came to the table fairly late on and we pulled together a panel fairly late. The door was always going to be opening and closing in terms of the panel.

"Mark isn't the first player to have left the panel. Pat Cadden left it by mutual agreement about six or seven weeks ago - things just weren't working out for Pat.

"The same applied to Mark. He was a little unsettled and he was finding it hard to nail down a place in the starting line-up." Tweet
