McCluskey named as Fermanagh captain

Fermanagh's Ryan McCluskey
Ryan McCluskey will captain the Fermanagh footballers in 2012.
The experienced defender, who walked away from his career with Irish Premiership soccer club Dungannon Swifts to rejoin the new-look Erne County footballers, has been rewarded by manager Peter Canavan with the captain's armband.
The 30-year-old Enniskillen Gaels clubman is preparing for his twelfth season of intercounty football, having made his bow under John Maughan in 2000.
McCluskey was corner back when the Ernesmen reached the All-Ireland semi-finals in 2004 and received an All Star nomination at centre back four years later, when Fermanagh reached the Ulster final.
