The 2010 intermediate football championship kicks off this weekend as eight teams battle it out for the coveted title.

Lisnaskea have been installed as the bookies favourites as they are the only team in the championship plying their trade in the first division.

They kick off their campaign against Aughdrumsee and they should begin the campaign with a win. The other three matches sees Derrylin take on Brookeboro; Irvinestown play Maguiresbridge and Coa meet Belnaleck. Tweet
