McElroy a doubt for Erne men

Fermanagh's Tommy McElroy
Tommy McElroy is the only fresh injury doubt for Fermanagh's NFL Division Three meeting with Offaly this Sunday at Tullamore.

McElroy is suffering from a knee problem after the Ernesiders' McKenna Cup defeat to Tyrone at the end of last month and could miss the game at O'Connor Park this weekend, along with midfielder Marty McGrath, who doesn't look set to return to Malachy O'Rourke's plans for at least another four weeks.

"Tommy is the only major injury concern for us," O'Rourke explained. "He hurt his knee so we'll have to wait until later on this week to see if he's fit for the Offaly game.

"Obviously, the longer term injury is Marty McGrath. He had tendinitis all of last year and had another complication in his knee. He had an operation at the start of December, but we'd be hoping Marty will be ready for the end of February."
