Breen says O'Rourke is starting afresh

Fermanagh goalkeeper Chris Breen insists no one is sure of their place in Malachy O'Rourke's team this year.
Breen has been the Erne County's first-choice 'keeper since 2005 but is facing competition for his place from Ronan Gallagher, who has rejoined the squad along with his cousin and fellow St. Gall's clubman Rory Gallagher, while James McGrath is also showing plenty of promise.
"Malachy O'Rourke has been clear with us that reputations mean nothing. Everybody will have to earn their place and everyone will get a fair crack of the whip," the Belcoo man said in the Irish News.
"We have young James McGrath in this year who is a super 'keeper and then, of course, there is Ronan as well. You can take nothing for granted and I know I am going to have to work harder than ever and play well to nail down a spot."
Breen added: "There are a lot of new players on the panel, which is great to see and there is lots of competition for places."
