Erne Gaels completed a satisfying double by claiming the 2008 Fermanagh SFL Division Three title. The Belleek men, who captured the intermediate football championship - and are already through to the last four in the corresponding provincial club competition - took league gold with a strong 1-15 to 1-9 defeat of Irvinestown in the decider at St Josephs. The sides were locked at 1-9 apiece going into the home straight but the Gaels rattled off six successive scores without replay to grab another welcome piece of silverware. Tweet
