Dubs make five changes

Dublin's David Henry
Dublin boss Pat Gilroy has made five changes to the side which defeated Derry just over two weeks ago for this Sunday's NFL Division One clash with Mayo at McHale Park.

Stephen Cluxton, Philip McMahon, Ger Brennan, David Henry and Paul Flynn will all come into the starting team, as Dublin look to end their famine at Castlebar which hasn't seen them take a win away from Mayo in the league since 1992.

Cluxton is restored between the posts for the Dubs after Michael Savage aggravated a hamstring injury in DCU's Sigerson Cup win last Saturday, which sees former Irish Under 21 soccer goalkeeper Shane Supple claim a place on the bench.

McMahon and Brennan come into the defence in place of Rory O'Carroll, who is on Under 21 duty, and James Brogan, respectively, while Henry and Flynn replace Tiernan Diamond and Blaine Kelly in attack, with Michael Darragh MacAuley named at full-forward.

Dublin (NFL v Mayo): S Cluxton; P Conlon, M Fitzsimons, P McMahon; P Griffin, C O'Sullivan, G Brennan; E Fennell, R McConnell; A Hubbard, P Flynn, K Bonner; D Henry, M D MacAuley, K McManamon.

Subs: S Supple, C McCormack, N O'Connor, H Gill, K Nolan, P Casey, J Brogan, D Carrigan, D Magee, C Murphy, T Diamond, B Brogan, D Kelly, B McManamon, P Andrews.
