O'Dwyers and Clontarf club notes.
O'Dwyers
Training: Adult Football (Ladies & Mens), Hurling and Camogie Training
will resume this week. Keep those New Years Resolutions to get fit and
join a team today! New members are always welcome. Check out

Managers are also being put in place for all Adult Teams for 2009. If
you are interested in getting involved please submit details in
writing to Club Secretary - Sharon Whelan by the 6th January.
Juvenile: The Nursery skill camps will resume on Saturday 10th January
in the Combined Clubs.
Cultural Club Classes:
Fiddle, Tin Whistle and Set Dancing classes will resume in the Club
House on Monday 12th January. For more information contact Freda Smith

Social:
Bingo every Wednesday night in O'Dwyers GAA Club. Bingo starts at
8.55pm. All welcome.
Well done to everyone who came out on Christmas Morning to particpate
in the Christmas Swim. All support was much appreciated. All monies
raised will go to local causes.
O'Dwyers GAA Club have produced a Club Calendar for 2009. Some
calendars are still available. They are 10e each. Contact Catherine

Clontarf
On behalf of our Club Chairman Niall Harrington, a very Happy New Year to
all our members and friends and the best of luck to all teams for the coming
season. Dates for Senior relegation playoff and Minor Championship Final
replay still to be announced. Annual Dinner Dance will take place in
Clontarf Castle on Feb 28th. The event will again be a sell out and tickets
can be purchased from Patricia Reynolds (087-2337534). Condolences to former
chairman Donal Nolan on the passing of his mother Nora. Condolences also to
Junior Footballer Redmond O'Leary on the passing of his father Bill. Tickets
for the upcoming Dublin V Tyrone clash on Jan 31st can be ordered from
Kieran McMahon (086-1791120). Nursery resumes on Sat Jan. 17th. Adult subs
