Kilkenny manager Brian Cody has named his side for tomorrow’s Leinster SHC round 1 clash against Dublin.

The Cats are without a number of regulars for the championship opener through injury, including ‘keeper Eoin Murphy, Joey Holden, Cillian Buckley, James Maher, Conor Delaney, Rob Lennon.

However, former ‘Hurler of the Year’ Richie Hogan is fit to claim his place on the bench after a recent return to training, while on the field Padraig Walsh and Alan Murphy start at centre-field for last year’s beaten Leinster finalists.

Adrian Mullen debuts at number 10 and Walter Walsh is on ‘the 40’ while Billy Ryan, Colin Fennelly and Ger Aylward is the full-forward line Cody has gone with for the capital men’s visit.
