GLASDRUMMAN GAC NOTES
Filming for RTE's Celebrity Bainisteoir programme begins on Tuesday 25th November at the Quarter Road pitch,. The identity of the celebrity will be revealed when they arrive at 2.00pm, more details next week.
The Club Committee continue to put together a development plan to help improve the facilities and functions of the club as a whole. We are asking for ideas and support from club members, friends, families and the wider community to help achieve this. Questionnaires have been distributed and we would ask they are returned completed as soon as possible. If you have not yet received a questionnaire, please contact any Committee member. Your opinion does count so please give us your opinion to allow it to count.
The Christmas Bazaar will be held this Sunday, 30th November, beginning at 2.00pm in the clubrooms, everyone welcome.
Good Luck to Neill and Cathal Rodgers who will be playing for St. Columban's U-16 and St. Malachy's U-14 teams respectively in the Down Vocational Schools Finals in Pairc Esler this Thursday.
Congratulations to Ogie and Ciara Burns on the birth of their daughter.
Congratulations to Paul Quinn on winning his Ulster Boxing title last week.
The U-14s & U-12s end of season do will be held next Friday, 5th December, bowling at The Sheepbridge Inn. More details next week.
The club AGM will be held on Sunday 21st December, 2.30pm in the clubrooms, everyone welcome.
Congratulations to Kilcoo on winning Division 1 on Friday evening.
New Club merchandise available, including club coats, £25 for junior sizes and £30 for adult sizes. Club hoodies will also soon be available. Please contact Collette Burden or Terry Joyce for any orders.
Bingo as usual on Thursday night at 8.30 pm in the Clubrooms, the tote currently stands at £2,000.
