Donegal's Dermot Molloy

Naomh Conaill forward Dermot 'Brick' Molloy admits he is back enjoying his football once again.

Molloy scored 1-05 as Naomh Conaill cruised to a surprisngly comfortable victory over Kilcar in the Donegal SFC semi-final last weekend.

Having opted off the Donegal panel earlier in the year, 'Brick' looks to have to got his appetite for the game back as he tormented the Kilcar defence on numerous occasions.

Molloy told the Donegal Democrat that being able to concentrate solely on the club has made a huge difference to both himself and the team.

"With Donegal the last three to four years, it was very difficult," said Molloy. "We had five or six involved with the county team and it is very hard then to return to the club and perform in the club championship.

"But this year is different. We have been together as a unit from the start of the year and since we started training. We have trained every night together with the exception of Tony (Anthony Thompson), who was in London and was involved with the county and Leo who only rejoined the county panel for the last couple of months.

"But other than that we had everybody else at training every night and for games and it has been a huge bonus."
