St Eunan's manager Maxi Curran feels that the good start against Four Masters helped them to victory in their SFC quarterfinal clash.

A 2-10 to 0-07 win sees St Eunan's into the last four and sends out a warning to the remaining teams in the campaign.

"We got off to a good start with the wind and it helped us to set the tone and really put Four Masters on the back foot," Curran told the Donegal Democrat.

"It was a good result and we are reasonably satisfied with the performance. But we also acknowledge that it was one of those games when nothing went right for Four Masters and they never got into the game."
