Wilkinson taking nothing for granted

St Michael's are strong favourites to see off Dungloe in their SFC quarterfinal clash, but manager Tony Wilkinson is taking nothing for granted.

Dungloe were promoted from division 2 this year, but they face a tough test against a St Michael's side that includes county stars Christy Toye, Colm McFadden and Martin McIlhinney.

"We may be the division one team, but we won't be taking Dungloe for granted. We don't take any team for granted and least of all Dungloe. They are a very good side who have come through the league unbeaten and we were just chatting among ourselves that we don't have a very good record against them," Wilkinson told the Donegal Democrat.

"I'm not sure of the exact breakdown but in our last eight meetings, they have won most of them. We are just delighted to have qualified for the quarterfinal and that is all that matters. It's a matter of going out now and giving it our best shot and hopefully making it through to the semi-final."
