Friel impressed

Donegal minor manager Stephen Friel feels that the side are finally finding their form at the right time.
This Saturday, Donegal take on Monaghan at Brewster Park in the Ulster minor football league final, throw in 12 noon.
Following a poor start to the campaign, Donegal have improved with each game and Friel believes that last weekend's semi final win over Down was their best performance to date.
Down actually topped their group with Monaghan second and Friel stressed to the Donegal Democrat that their preparations for the Ulster championship seem to be falling into place.
"Last weekend's victory over Down was a great boost to confidence and we seem to finally finding the form I was always confident we were capable of playing," said Friel.
"Hopefully that augurs well for the championship and our clash against Tyrone. The championship and getting ready for Tyrone has been our number one priority since we got together.
"But a league title is nothing to be frowned at and we have suspended all thoughts this week on the championship. The total focus is on Saturday's final and going all out to win against Monaghan."
