HL3A: Donegal off to a flyer

25 February 2013
Donegal 3-18
Monaghan 1-6

Having went under to Monaghan in this fixture last season, Donegal gained revenge following a comprehensive victory over their Ulster opponents in Letterkenny.

Stephen Boyle (2) and Paddy Hannigan netted the home sides goals while Lee Henderson registered eight points. Monaghan relied on Michael McHugh for their scores.

Hannigan's goal after the resumption set the home side on their way to victory.
