Mayo test for footballers

April 27, 2012
Donegal continue their preparations for the Ulster championship by playing Mayo in a challenge on Sunday May 6th.

With a number of players returning from injury, Donegal manager Jim McGuinness will be hoping to give them some game time.

Mayo have the small matter of the National League final this Sunday and they will provide a stern test for Donegal in what will probably be their last warm up match before they face Cavan.

The game will be played in Swinford and will mark the re-opening of their all-weather pitch, which will be renamed in honour of the late Garda Robbie McCallion, who was killed while on duty in Letterkenny.
