Monthly Meeting
The next monthly meeting will take place on this (tonight) Thursday 19th March in Doherty's, Ardara @ 9.00pm. All Clubs to attend.
Southern Board Website
The Southern Board Website for the coming year is now up and running. All Competitions in League and Championships, dates, times, venues and referees are available as are must of club details, weekly News and other details. We hope that Clubs PROs will submit Match Reports to make the Website attractive to all.
Cups & Trophies
All Clubs in the South who have won Cups and Trophies in 2009 are asked to return them by April meeting at the latest
Affiliation Fees
Clubs are reminded that Referee & Affiliation Fees for the year are now due. €400.00 for the Affiliation Fees and €300.00 for Referees and these must be sent to Declan Martin, Belcruit, Kincasslagh as soon as possible with cheques payable to Southern Minor Board or Bord An Deiscirt.
Communications from Clubs to Southern Board
All communications from Clubs must be made by email from the Club Secretary to the Southern Board Secretary Michelle Bennett in all maters for the duration of the year on [email protected] . Also matches are fixed by the Board and should the need arise to change it must be agreed by both Club Secretaries who then inturn email Board Secretary to fix the game within five days and if both Clubs do not agree, then the original Fixture goes ahead.
Registrations
Clubs are asked to forward their Registrations for the coming year to Registrar Ann M Campbell, Meenboy, Kilcar. Tel: 074 9738296 as soon as possible. All Clubs must have their Registrations in by the end of this month as games have started. Tweet
