Senior and Reserves
The seniors earned a hard fought 1:14 to 1:14 draw away to Naomh Brid yesterday evening in the Division 3 all county league. The boys showed great character to comeback and equalise with the last kick of the game to earn a vital point. The seniors are fixed to play Fanad away in the league this Saturday the 10th of August, Throw in 7:30pm. All support welcome.

The reserves had a 1:17 to 1:13 victory also against Naomh Brid yesterday. The boys were a point down with 10 minutes to go but showed great composure along with some fresh legs from the bench to take back the lead and get the win. The reserves have no game this weekend

U16 Girl’s

Our u16 girls travelled to Clonmany to take on Urris last Tuesday evening and came away with a one-point win over the home side in what was a nail-biting finish. The Red Hughs girls togged out in the green and gold Donegal jerseys due to a colour clash with Urris.
The first half saw a low scoring 30 minutes with both sides defending well but it was Urris leading at the break by a solitary point. The second half saw Urris getting a better start and our girls found themselves trailing by 6 points but with huge determination and the introduction of fresh legs from our large travelling panel of 22 girls. They never gave up and kept taking their scores until the final whistle to come away with a one-point victory, the management are very proud of the team effort this evening and would like to thank the supporters who travelled, training continues on Thursday evenings at 6pm to 7.15pmTeam: Jessica Hamilton, Aoibhean Mc Menamin, Ciara Gallagher, Lauren Mc Menamin, Emma Neeson, Orla Mc Elchar, Lauryn Doherty, Aine Irwin, Cailtin Geary, Niamh Browne, Serena Merritt, Leah Howard, Elin Gallen O’ Dwyer, Aimee Lafferty, Shiela Mc Elchar, Aoife Doherty, Ellen O’ Brien, Aoife Bradley, Allisah Cullen, Lucy Catterson, Helen Bradley, Annice Gallen O’Dwyer,
