AGM

The Gaeil Fhánada Senior AGM will take place in Fanavolty Hall on Saturday January 13th at 7.30pm. Decisions that will form club policy will be made on the night, so it is important that the club's adult members attend to have their say in the future development of the club. The senior committee looks forward to welcoming you on the night. Wishing our members a happy and peaceful Christmas and very best wishes for the New Year.

 

Gaeil Fhánada Annual Presentation Night

Gaeil Fhánada Annual Presentation night will take place in Fanad Lodge on Saturday January 6th at 9pm. A hot buffet will be served and there will be music on the night. Tickets are €10 each and available from any committee member.

 

Congratulations Liam 'Bill' McGrenaghan

Congratulations to Gaeil Fhánada underage player Liam 'Bill' McGrenaghan who was part of the Loreto Milford U16 Gaelic squad that won the U16 Ulster Final on Monday, beating Pobalscoil Ghaoth Dobhair on a score line of 1:09 to 1:03. Bill started the game in midfield and also scored a point in the victory.

 

Welcome Baby Ellie Grace

Congratulations to club player Mark 'Sparky' Friel, Orla McBride, minor player Brandon and Cora on the birth of Ellie Grace during the week. With Mark and Orla's wedding in August 2018 this could finally be the year that Mark settles down for good but we won't hold our breath. :) We wish them all the best for the future!
