Derry are seeking a new sponsor
Derry are the latest county to seek a new sponsor.
County Board chairman John Keenan revealed that the county are seeking a new sponsor after Ladbrokes three-year deal with Derry expired last week.
In Saturday night's Dr McKenna Cup final, Derry wore jerseys sporting the Club Derry logo, but Keenan revealed that they are actively seeking a new sponsor.
"The Ladbrokes deal is up, and we are very thankful to them for their support over the last three years," Keenan told the County Derry Post.
"They had the option of renewing their deal, but they have taken a commercial decision to go in another direction. We opted to go with the Club Derry name and logo as it was an ideal opportunity to maximise Club Derry's exposure.
"We are currently talking to four other companies at the minute about a new three-year deal, and we hope to secure a new sponsor in time for Sunday's league opener at Celtic Park."
