Derry defender Charlie Kielt knows that there will be plenty of ups and downs during his senior inter-county career.

Kielt made a dream start in the Derry jersey when the defeated old rivals Tyrone in the opening round of the league, but a convincing defeat to Dublin last time out, but everything in perspective.

"At the end of the day, it's still a league game. It's a learning process towards the championship," said Kielt.

"That's what the aim is. It's about individual performances at this stage and everybody is working hard towards that goal in May." Tweet
