Understand Galway will be short 5 or 6 of their best, according to a supporter. All counties have to cope with these circumstances.Good mental approach will help greatly. nobull456 (Meath) - Posts: 1224 - 29/01/2015 20:04:20 1687877 Link 0 |

I'd love to know the team myself, I wonder was it even named last night or is MOD still mulling over a few tough calls, full back will be a particularly interesting selection. Htaem (Meath) - Posts: 8657 - 30/01/2015 11:32:50 1688011 Link 0 |

Jaysus let's hope it's not done to injuries ziggy, we've had more than our fair share of them over the last few years. Htaem (Meath) - Posts: 8657 - 30/01/2015 12:11:13 1688030 Link 0 |

was there not a new rule brought in this year stating that a team/panel had to be named and released two days before a game? I remember it was proposed anyway. Irish_downunder (Meath) - Posts: 630 - 30/01/2015 14:43:25 1688095 Link 0 |
I really don't understand why the team for Sunday has not been announced. Surely after all the training over the past number of months, challenge matches and O'Byrne Cup matches the management team should be able pick a team a couple of days before the first match of the League. This appears to indicate the same indecisiveness that we have all witnessed unfold on the sideline over the past two years when changes were required and also displays a lack of courtesy to supporters who the management team expect to make travel arrangements without the knowledge of the starting fifteen. Come on MOD and selectors just go ahead and name the team, Kevin Walsh has announced his team so nobody is gaining an upper hand in delaying team selection. Lets have a team that are mentally ready when they take the field on Sunday and show some traditional passion and will to win and get us off on a winning note. In fairness it usually first appears at 7am the morning before the games. So maybe we shouldn't expect it until early tomorrow morning so??? urizen (Meath) - Posts: 115 - 30/01/2015 15:33:23 1688112 Link 0 |

Hopefully they should have got the message that the main emphasis required is proper preparation of the team, and not playing some silly game about who plays or not. No, this year it is down to the serious business.Lets give them credit they know that!! nobull456 (Meath) - Posts: 1224 - 30/01/2015 17:08:00 1688142 Link 0 |
