Kavanagh says Kerry used gamesmanship to win final

Cork football captain Derek Kavanagh says Kerry used every trick in the book to ensure they won last Sunday’s All-Ireland SFC final at Croke Park.

"It was the second goal that killed us . . . . when they get a lead like that up on you they know what to do - they are masters at it.

"We tried to get back, but Kerry just slowed it down and they’re masters at that.

"They just weren’t going to let us back in."
