Carrigtwohill's full Back Ronan Power Tells how he suffered terrible injuries and thought he'd be hanging up his boots for the year, but instead when his club Carrigtwohill needed him most he was bursting out of defence and clearing the danger area as if he had never missed a minute.

He played a huge roll in Carrigtwohill's 2011 Championship campaign and helped them to win their first Cork senior hurling championship in 93 years. Ronan's hope's for the rest of the year changed when he stumbled across a company called evoshield Ireland on the web.
