Walsh keen to get off the mark

Cork manager Denis Walsh is still seeking his first win since taking charge of the Rebels and he stressed that Saturday's All-Ireland SHC qualifier against Offaly is far from a forgone conclusion.
The Rebels are the team that everyone wanted to avoid in the draw, but Offaly threw the short straw, although Walsh feels that his charges are under all the pressure to get the right result.
"We will be conceding home advantage in a do-or-die backdoor tie, we haven't played for five weeks, so if we don't hit the ground running, we could be in trouble," said Walsh.
"Having said that, I'm satisfied what I've seen in training and in county championship games over the last few weeks that the lads are really in great form.
"We are obviously hopeful of winning the game, and if we perform to the level we are trying to aspire too, I believe we will be able to do it."
