Culbert and Quinn out of Under 21 match

Brian Culbert and Andrew Quinn are out of the Clare team which will take on Limerick in the first round of the Munster U-21 HC next week.
Sixmilebridge's Culbert has gone to the US for the summer while Tulla's Quinn is likely to miss out having picked up an ankle injury in a challenge recently.
