Moloney praise for Cratloe

December 12, 2014

Clare under-21 joint-manager Donal Moloney believes that Cratloe are an example to every club in the county.

Having won the senior hurling and football titles in Clare, they then went on to reach the Munster club SHC final and the provincial club SFC semi-final, while winning other local competitions as well.

And Moloney stressed to the Clare Champion that the rest of the clubs in the county should teak a leaf out of their book.

"They have given us six magnificent players. They are marvellous county players, they play football and hurling and before any of their success in 2014, I have repeatedly said that they are the one club that all others should look at. Look at their model; they are magnificent," stated Moloney.

Moloney is the only one of the current Clare under-21 management team that is staying on for the 2015 campaign.
