A late Conor McGrath point earned Cratloe a 2-14 to 1-17 draw with Crusheen in last Sunday's top-of-the-table Clare Champion Cup clash.

Crusheen had raced into a 0-7 to 0-2 lead by the 20th minute, but the south-east Clare outfit hit back with second half goals from county stars Cathal McInerney and McGrath to secure a share of the spoils.

County champions Sixmilebridge have joined Crusheen and Cratloe at the summit of the table after second half goals from Jamie Shanahan and subs Christy Griffin and Sean Lynch handed them a 3-12 to 0-17 victory over Inagh-Kilnamona.

In the other Division 1A games, Eire Og were relegated to Division 1B for next season after losing to Clooney-Quin by 0-13 to 0-16, Newmarket powered to a 3-20 to 0-14 victory over Tubber, while O'Callaghan's Mills - who edged out Scariff by a point in their championship opener on Friday evening - fought out a 1-16 apiece draw with Clarecastle.
