Mahon has no complaints

Clare minor camogie boss Francis Mahon said he could have no complaints after his side's All-Ireland final replay defeat to Galway last Sunday at Thurles.
The Munster side were condemned to a 2-12 to 2-8 defeat by the Tribeswomen, pulling themselves back to within four points after trailing by 1-8 to 0-4 at the break.
"They showed great character. The girls did very well, with most of the Under 16s from last year involved. Great credit is due to them as they put in a lot of work," said Mahon.
Now Mahon is looking ahead to next year with what is a relatively young pool of players his has at his disposal.
"A lot of the team will be there again next year so we would still be strong again and should be there or thereabouts.
"We must keep going. We are contesting All-Ireland finals and a breakthrough is going to come. More will move up to senior next year and this will give them further experience.
"Today, Galway were stronger. They were quick on the breaks and they hit us early. We had looked well in training and in the warm-up. They hurled every part of the field. The better team won on the day and we have no complaints."
