Clare minor camogie manager Francie Mahon believes that his players can improve on their performance from the drawn game against Galway in the All-Ireland A final.

Both sides played out an exciting draw and although the play was scrappy at time, neither side deserved to lose the game and a draw was the fairest outcome.

However, Mahon is in no doubt that his charges can up their performance in the replay and finish the job off when the sides meet once again.

"It was powerful in the last ten minutes. We had put in a few subs and it helped, we got a few points. We had missed a few chances but then Galway did the same thing," said Mahon.

"I thought a few of our players didn't do as well as they could. Hopefully they will the next day so." Tweet
