RIP Kathleen Galligan
The death has occurred of Kathleen Galligan (Nee Duffy), wife of the late Eamon, at the residence of her daughter Siobhán and son-in-law Robbie, Drumlion, Ballinagh, formerly of Cavan Road Ballinagh - who died peacefully on Saturday, 7th July. Beloved mother of Seán, Pádraig, Siobhán, Cáit, Máire and Sinéad. Deeply regretted by her sister Marie (Navan), daughter-in-law, sons-in-law (Late son-in-law Mick O'Connor). Adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends. Kathleen and her family have been deeply embedded in Ballinagh GAA for decades and her contribution to the club was immense. She will always be remembered fondly home and abroad. The Yellow Submarines Underage Training
Ballinagh Submarines training will continue on every Saturday morning from 10.30am till 11.30am at Ballinagh GAA Grounds. Any kids aged from 3years up till 6 years are more than welcome. This is a great opportunity for your child to have fun, social-interaction, meet new friends, and learn the basics of Gaelic Football, while being supervised in a safe environment and coached by GAA coaches. Please spread the word, with new faces always welcome. Training for Under 8s and 10s will also take place on Saturdays at 10.30am till 11.30am, in where again the focus will be on fun, participation, and learning the fundamentals of Gaelic Football. The GAA is the heartbeat of communities, and is a great way to get involved in the local community, in where we welcome everyone to the Ballinagh GAA club. A big thanks to the coaches who are giving their time on a Saturday morning to help develop and coach the future of Ballinagh GAA.
Lisa and Paula's Summer Camp
A summer camp for kids will be held in Bruskey School from July 30th until August 3rd from 10am until 2:30pm. This is for all Primary School Children and will include sports, crafts, science, baking, arts and lots of fun. The price is €60 per child, €50 for any second, third or fourth children.
