why choose a player of the year in july? the season runs well into october...do you not think that it would be better to see who plays well for the whole year not just the start of it?

I agree completely in picking a player at the end of the season. Cant see how Nicholas lasted to long eithr. He definetly wasnt 100% but then again he was told to play on by managment after getting a horrible shoulder injury. And Seanie needs good balls passed in for him to do anything. He didnt get any against Antrim. In fairness though he has some scoring abilities.. can ya compare him to anyone else in the county? Anyway its not about who scored what its about the effort they put in <- Did anyone put in an effort. James Reilly is about the only one... fab kick outs and super hands in my opinion!!
