September's monthly meeting will be held in the clubroom on Thursday 2nd September at 9pm

The club would like to congratulate the Sweeney family, Cein, Ronan and Bronagh on their recent successes in the all Ireland Fleadh competition.

There will be a draw for tickets to the All Ireland Hurling Finals, anybody who wants to be included in the draw please contact a committee member.

Cavan ladies lined out on Saturday in All Ireland Intermediate Championship semi-final on Saturday last. Club man Sean Feeney was on hand as a selector for the team. Although the girls were on form and fought hard they were unlucky when Waterford scored an early goal which they never recovered from. Well done to Sean and the rest of the team in getting the girls to this stage. Tweet
