Killian Gaels travel to Stradone last Wednesday night to play St Joesph in the semi-final of the Minor Championship. After a hard battle the fell short by a single point.

The Seniors and juniors are training away for upcoming fixtures. The Junior 2nd team will play there league semi-final replay against Ballyhaise on Sunday 29th August in Cootehill at 1pm. The Seniors play there quarter-final of the intermediate Championship against kill on Saturday 4th of September in Breffni park at 6:30. The juniors are also through to the last four of the junior c and d championship and they will take place on Saturday September 11th. Venue has to be decided yet for these fixtures.

The Club would like to say well done to Patrick Ryan on reaching the last four of the best Gaa fan in Ireland Competition.

Under 14s
The under 14 team who won their first round championship match against Laragh United on Tuesday will now meet neighbours and keen rivals Ramor United in the semi final. This game is scheduled for next Monday 30th August at 7 pm in the Ramor grounds.The team management are hoping for strong support for what will be a tough match as the winners of this contest will be strong favourites to take the title outright.
