Castlerahan GAA club notes

August 12, 2019

Many thanks to Padraic, Cecelia and Bernard Farrell for their generous sponsorship of new training jerseys for our senior team. We wish them and all the Farrell family the best of luck in their new venture.

Our senior team put in an impressive second half shift v Lavey on Friday evening last to overturn a seven point deficit at half time and take the lead with a few minutes remaining. However, Lavey were awarded a free which resulted in a drawn game. Full-time: Castlerahan 0-16 to 0-16 Lavey. We will meet Shercock in round 3 on the weekend of 24/25 August. Fixture to be confirmed.
