Grange captain John Doyle hailed his side's display against Dublin side Round Towers in the Leinster club JFC.
The Carlow champions recorded an impressive 3-12 to 1-06 win over their opponents even though, the Dublin side made the better start to the match.
Speaking to the Carlow Nationalist, Doyle admitted that it was a moral boosting win as they go into the next round of the provincial campaign.
"There is no secret to it," said Doyle. It is hard work and a never say die attitude in this team. We are never beaten. Even when we went a goal down, we have a focus, stay working and try to play for the hour.
"We are a tight knit group who will fight to the end. If things go wrong, we encourage one another and continue working."
