Wogan to man Carlow line

Local derbies throw up a lot of things.
Carlow selector Tom Wogan will man the line for the Barrowsiders in the absence of the suspended Turlough O'Brien.
The Carlow manager failed in his appeal against a three-month ban following and incident during their NFL clash against Offaly.
Wogan will don the Banisteoir bib for Saturday's Leinster SFC opener against Laois at Netwatch Cullen Park and he feels that as a local derby anything can happen.
Speaking to the Carlow Nationalist, he said: "It is a local derby. Local derbies throw up a lot of things. You get into sport to be involved in games like these.
"You have to relish it, cherish it. Hopefully this will bring the best out of our lads. I have no doubt we will be serious underdogs, but this is a great challenge."
