Old Leighlin manager Karl O'Dwyer admits he is not sure where his team are at ahead of the SFC.

The defending champions open their 2014 senior football championship account with a tough clash against Eire OG on Friday evening at Dr Cullen Park.

And O'Dwyer told the Carlow Nationalist that believes that they will have a better understanding of how much work they have to do following this weekend's clash.

"No one knows for certain how we are going," said O'Dwyer. "The first round of the championship will reveal all. As champions, we will be under pressure as everyone will want to beat us." Tweet
