Three SHC matches down for decision

September 18, 2008
This Saturday will be a busy day in the senior hurling championship as three games are to be played with two at Dr Cullen Park and the other at Bagenalstown. The double header at the county grounds begins with the meeting of Erins Own and Naomh Brid at 4.15pm with the winners guaranteed a place in the semi final. In the second match which begins at 5.45pm; Mount Leinster Rangers take on Naomh Eoin and these sides could yet meet in the semi final, so expect neither side to show their full hand. The action then switches to Bagenalstown where St Mullins plays Ballinkillen and the former will be strong favourites to win this one easily.
