Everybody knows the famous Al Pacino speech in 'Any Given Sunday' but St Michael's Lurgan coach Philip McKenna gave his own version of a rousing and passionate team talk in the rain at the Dub in Belfast on Friday last to inspire his team to win the new Danske Bank Rafferty Cup.

'This 30 minutes is going to be the toughest 30 minutes of your life. You're going to be in so much pain. Put yourself through Hell now boys!'

St Michael's responded by fighting to the final whistle to overcome Loreto Coleraine by a single point.
