Goal was the turning point, says McShane

Armagh minor manager Paul McShane
Armagh minor boss Paul McShane cited Conor Gough's 60th minute goal in yesterday's ESB Ulster MFC semi-final against Cavan as the one that swung it for his team.
The sides were level at St Tiernach's Park in Clones when Barry Seeley's free dropped short and was fisted to the net by the lurking Gough, which sends the young Orchard men into a provincial showdown with Tyrone on July 18.
"We knew Cavan would be tough but we also made life difficult for ourselves with balls dropping short and we hit a lot of balls wide in the first-half," McShane said afterwards.
"The goal was the turning point but, even then, Cavan hung in to the end and we will have to play a lot better if we are to beat Tyrone.
"This was one of our poorer performances in the championship but playing poorly and still winning is not bad."
