Footballer qualifier round 2 draw
June 28, 2010
Dublin have a home game against Tipperary while Longford's reward for beating Mayo is a trip to Down after the draw was made for the second round of the All-Ireland SFC qualifiers.
Pat Gilroy's men will be pleased to have been drawn at home to Tipperary as they try to recover from their five goal submission to Meath, but will know that the Munster men will be a hard nut to crack.
Cork are at home to Cavan while there is an all Ulster clash between Fermanagh and Down.
Derry must travel to Westmeath in a repeat of their 2004 All-Ireland quarter-final meeting.
Six of the eight beaten provincial semi-finalists were drawn at home which will raise some eyebrows, with Offaly and the winner of the Kildare against Antrim replay the only round 1 qualifier winners to host a round 2 tie.
The games will take place on the weekend of Saturday 10 July.
The All-Ireland SFC qualifier round 2 draw is:Kildare or Antrim v Leitrim
Dublin v Tipperary
Cork v Cavan
Offaly v Waterford
Galway or Sligo v Wexford
Fermanagh v Armagh
Down v Longford
Westmeath v Derry
