Ronan Clarke is set to start his first National Football League game for Armagh this year when the Paddy O'Rourke's team travel to Portlaoise this Saturday night to take on Laois.

Clarke is expected to join fellow veteran attacker Steven McDonnell, who has been in sensational form as of late, in the Orchard attack for the first time this season after recovering from an Achilles' tendon problem which saw him miss out of the first two rounds of the NFL campaign.

O'Rourke is expected to name his team for the trip to O'Moore Park later on in the week. Tweet
