Newly appointed St Gall's joint manager Karl McCabe admits that they have a lot of work to do.

McCabe admitted to Gaelic Life that in terms of fitness his charges were still someway behind where they should be, even though they have won their opening two matches in the league.

"We are a bit behind in terms of fitness," said McCabe. "Agohill came down and played us and they were that bit sharper on the day. We brought on Conor McGourty and he flew a couple of points over in they way only he can.

"We have been out at training and it has been a bit of an eye-opener for us. There is still plenty of work to do." Tweet
