Declan Connolly of Galway tangles with Dublin's Ciaran Brennan during the Bord Gais Energy All-Ireland U21HC semi-final at Tullamore - INPHO
Galway's Bord Gais Energy All-Ireland U21HC semi-final win over Dublin has booked them a final place against Tipperary, who were facile winners over Antrim this afternoon.

The Connacht men had a shaky start against Richie Stakelum's side when David Quinn scored a Dublin goal within five minutes of throw in.

Galway recovered with a Niall Quinn goal and a brace of scores from the same player had them a point ahead at the break, 1-6 to 1-5.

A goal in the third quarter from Bernard Burke put Galway in the driving seat and they extended their lead thereafter before running out 2-14 to 1-10 winners.

In the first of the double bill at Tullamore, Tipperary annihilated Ulster champions Antrim by all of 28 points - 2-32 to 1-7.

John O'Dwyer hit both Tipp goals as the Premier led by 1-18 to a single Tomas McCann point for Antrim at the break.

Michael Armstrong did grab a second half goal for Antrim but it was little consolation for the Saffron's.

In the U21 HC 'B' Kerry and Meath qualified for the final with comprehensive wins over Fermanagh and Roscommon respectively.
