Gall's sweating on McGourty

Antrim's CJ McGourty
CJ McGourty has emerged as a major doubt for St. Gall's All-Ireland club football final showdown with Kilmurry-Ibrickane on St. Patrick's Day.
While it is not clear what kind of injury the sharpshooter has sustained, he had surgery on a debilitating hip problem last year and it's understood that the same injury has resurfaced in recent months.
McGourty, who scored 1-9 in the All-Ireland semi-final win over Corofin, recently revealed that he had taken several pain-killing injections to get through games because of pain in his hip and that doctors had advised him to take an extended break from the game.
Fellow attacker Rory Gallagher picked up a hamstring injury in the win over Corofin, but is expected to be fit for next Wednesday's Croke Park decider.
