Busy weekend in store for Aughavas club

This weekend will see Aughavas GAA club hold their annual Golf Classic at the Carrick-on-Shannon Golf Club on Saturday but the big focus will be on the opening of the club's new gym and dressing rooms on Sunday.
Leitrim County Board Chairman Gerry McGovern will officially unveil the new facilities at Aughavas' club grounds on the Sunday at 3.30pm, which will be followed by the men's senior team taking on Carrigallen at 4.00pm in a challenge game for the Heslin Cup.
The club's fourth annual golf classic on Saturday will run throughout the day in the Carrick-on-Shannon Golf Club with presentations of prizes set to take place at 10.00pm followed by music entertainment.
