Nowlan Park to host semi
June 13, 2008
Kilkenny will be a busy place on Saturday afternoon as the Leinster senior hurling championship semi final between Wexford and Dublin takes place at Nowlan Park.
The Leinster semi final will be preceded by the Leinster club league hurling Division Three final between Dublin side Commercials and Laois outfit Shanahoe.
Wexford go into the match as slight favourites, but many believe that the Dubs can cause an upset and reach the provincial final for the first time since the early nineties.
Patrons are advised to be early as Saturday is always a busy day in the city and traffic congestion may well be a problem for anyone travelling to the match.
