Clubs get slap on wrists

The Kilkenny County Board are considering handing out fines to clubs that do not line their teams out in accordance with match programmes.
A sub-committee of the county board prepares a programme for all senior and intermediate league games with teams and substitutes listed in the one programme.
The failure of some clubs to line out the same as the programme has infuriated the County board and they are considering punishing the offending clubs after a motion was passed to allow them do so.
