The failure of a number of Carlow club that play in the Kilkenny junior league to fulfil fixtures has angered some delegates at a recent county board meeting. It has been revealed that some of the Carlow clubs involved in the junior league have failed to turn up for games, which has become a regular occurrence over the last couple of years. County Board chairman Pat Dunphy stressed that the problem had to be rectified and that they would arrange a meeting with the clubs concerned to discuss the issue. Tweet
